Our cuisine is an harmonious blend of tradition and innovation: we enhance classic recipes, reinterpreting them with creativity and respect, to offer a unique sensorial experience. The two young chefs Marco and Stefano have been working in the restaurant's kitchen for 7 and 6 years now, expressing their passion through always new and refined combinations. We are deeply committed to sustainability and respect for the environment: this is why we adopt responsible practices, from the choice of ingredients to the presentation of our dishes.
Every evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. we serve a fast aperitif, prepared by our chefs, with a selection of classic cocktails and some twists of our own invention, otherwise you can choose a glass of the wines available on the wine list.A selection of wines that ranges from some emblazoned labels to small artisan cellars, all sharing a common thread: a processing of the vines and wine as natural as possible.
